By accessing or using the Vertowise website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Vertowise provides practice-management software for physiotherapy clinics, including patient records, scheduling, documentation, home exercise programs, and billing features. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Vertowise starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are taken to begin, and no charge is made until you have agreed a plan with us. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose to continue — your data is retained, not deleted.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Vertowise. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Vertowise is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
