01Who We Are

Vertowise is practice-management software for physiotherapy clinics, operated by Eighth Gate Software LLC (⁨شركة البوابة الثامنة للبرمجيات ذ.م.م⁩) (“the Company”, “we”), a company registered and licensed in Jordan under registration no. 79531, national no. 200209658, Tla'a Al-Ali, Amman, Jordan. These Terms are between you (the clinic or practitioner who creates an account) and the Company.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vertowise website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

03Description of Service

Vertowise provides practice-management software for physiotherapy clinics, including patient records, scheduling, documentation, home exercise programs, and billing features. The service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans, as described on our pricing page. Features that are listed there as not yet available are not part of the service.

04Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the people you invite to your clinic, and for all activities that occur under your account.

05Free Trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are taken to begin, and no charge is made until you have agreed a plan with us. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose to continue — your data is retained, not deleted.

06Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Clinics in Jordan pay in Jordanian dinars by CliQ or bank transfer to the Company's account, and every payment is invoiced by the Company. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

07Clinical Responsibility

Vertowise is a record-keeping and administration tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace professional judgement. You remain solely responsible for the care you give and for the clinical content you record. Anything the optional AI assistant drafts or proposes is a suggestion that you must review before relying on it; actions it proposes take effect only when you approve them.

08Your Patients' Data

As the clinic, you decide what patient data is entered and why, and you are responsible for having the lawful basis and any patient consent that Jordanian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, requires. We process that data only to provide the service to you, on your instructions, and we keep it separate for each clinic.

09Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Vertowise. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export or delete your data from within the service.

10Limitation of Liability

Vertowise is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. After termination you may export your data, and on your written request we will delete your clinic's data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
