This information is used solely to process your sign-up or enquiry and communicate with you about your account. We do not collect any patient health information through this website — that data is handled within the Vertowise application itself, not through this website.

This website and the Vertowise platform are operated by Eighth Gate Software LLC (⁨شركة البوابة الثامنة للبرمجيات ذ.م.م⁩), a company registered and licensed in Jordan (registration no. 79531, national no. 200209658), Tla'a Al-Ali, Amman, Jordan. The Company is responsible for the personal data collected through this website, under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry or sign-up, set up your account, and send you service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

04Data Storage and Security

This website keeps no database. An access request is sent, over an encrypted connection, as an email to our team inbox, and that email is the only copy we hold. We keep it only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at abdulkareem@vertowise.com.

05Cookies and Analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across sites. Where page counting is switched on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: it uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and no persistent identifier, so it cannot follow an individual visitor between visits or onto another website. What we see is aggregate — which pages were viewed, from which country, on what kind of device. The Vertowise application itself may use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

06Third-Party Services

The website is hosted by Netlify. Emails about access requests are sent through Google (Gmail), with Resend as a backup, and Cloudflare provides the page counting described above. Each processes your data only to provide that service, under its own data-processing terms.
