Appointments for a physiotherapy clinic

Every visit sits in one clinic calendar, so reception and therapists work from the same schedule instead of a diary, a phone and memory.

From a patient’s profile, copy a booking link or send it by WhatsApp. The patient picks a free time on their phone, without an account, and the appointment goes straight into the calendar. Each link works once and expires after 14 days.

The dashboard lists today’s and tomorrow’s visits that need a reminder. One tap sends it, from your clinic’s own number once it is connected.

The visit is followed by a session note on the patient’s file and, if you switch it on in Settings, an invoice raised when the visit is completed. Patients who have stopped coming can be invited back from the calendar.
